Anti-aging cream dedicated to sensitive, highly vascularised skin, prone to telangiectasia, irritated, in rosacea and highly inflammatory acne, without causing skin irritation. The fundamental active ingredient of the cream is retinal in high concentration. Retinal is the active form of vitamin A, which after passing through the stratum corneum is transformed into retinoic acid. Retinal is a retinoid that stimulates the renewal and reconstruction of the dermis, thereby improving the density and oval of the face. It is a form of vitamin A that is much better tolerated than retinol, while having a stronger active effect, which is why it is available in a low dose. Retinal is also used as a replacement for retinol in the spring and summer, especially in the case of hyperpigmentation and acne - it is an inhibitor of Staphylococcus bacteria and Candida yeast. It does not irritate the skin and does not cause a retinoid reaction. It directly affects the vascularisation of the skin as well as the functioning of the sebaceous glands, bringing spectacular effects in the treatment of rosacea and acne vulgaris, which is further enhanced by niacinamide. Niacinamide used in the cream at a concentration of 1%, called a natural antibiotic, soothes inflammation, severe redness, and gradually lightens discolorations. The anti-aging effect has been enhanced by the plant equivalent of retinol - bakuchiol, which inhibits the activity of collagenase, thus increasing skin firmness and is an inhibitor of Cutibacterium acnes bacteria, Staphylococcus and Candida yeast. The cosmeceutical additionally contains vitamin E and resveratrol, which has anti-radical properties. Resveratrol is a groundbreaking antioxidant ingredient that extends cell life and inhibits glycation processes, keeping the skin firm and elastic for longer. Resveratrol supports the skin with hormonal imbalances because it has a structure similar to estrogen.

Night cream. After performing two-step skin cleansing, apply the cream and massage gently. Wash your hands after applying the cream.

Do not use: during pregnancy (the product can be used during lactation), avoid the eye area.

When using retinal treatment, use zinc-based creams every morning: Dermomedica Antioxidant Mineral Cream SPF 30, Resveratrol Mineral Cream SPF 30 or Peptide Mineral Cream SPF 50, to increase the metabolism of vitamin A in the skin and for mineral photoprotection.

If you use in-office treatments, the cream should be discontinued 2 days before the treatment and introduced into your care 2 days after the treatment or according to the therapist's recommendations.

Treatment with external retinoids (if there are no contraindications) should last for 18-24 months.
