The cream has a firming and anti-aging effect. Retinol is the active form of vitamin A, which is converted to retinoic acid. It is a substance that restructures the deep layers of the epidermis and dermis, thanks to which the treatment thickens the skin and restores its youthful appearance. Retinol regulates the melanogenesis process, lightening discolourations, and also affects proper keratinisation. When used regularly, it evens out the surface of the epidermis and reduces wrinkles. Retinol is also an irreplaceable substance in anti-acne treatment due to its sebostatic properties.

The additional use of vitamin E and hyaluronic acid in the cream improves the hydration of the epidermis and the proper functioning of the hydrolipid barrier.

Night cream. After performing two-step skin cleansing, apply the cream and massage gently. Wash your hands after applying the cream. Initially, use the cream twice a week and then gradually increase the frequency of application. The cream may cause severe exfoliation and irritation of the epidermis; if this occurs, the intervals between applications should be increased.

Do not use: during pregnancy (the product can be used during lactation), around the eyes and if you have sensitive skin.

When using retinol treatment, use zinc-based creams every morning: Dermomedica Antioxidant Mineral Cream SPF 30, Resveratrol Mineral Cream SPF 30 or Peptide Mineral Cream SPF 50, to improve the metabolism of vitamin A in the epidermis and for mineral photoprotection.

If you have never used a retinol preparation before, it is suggested to start the retinoid treatment with the following preparations: 0.05% Ratinal Cream or 0.1% Retinal Cream, and then change the retinoid treatment to 2% Retinol Cream.

If you undergo in-office treatments, the cream should be discontinued 4 days before the treatment and introduced into your care 4-7 days after the treatment or according to the therapist's recommendations.

Treatment with external retinoids (if there are no contraindications) should last for 18-24 months.
