Action of key substances:

Vitamin B3 – niacinamide, which has anti-inflammatory properties, brightens discolorations and soothes inflammation. It stimulates the production of ceramides, which strengthens the barrier of the delicate skin around the eyes.

Ceramide NP – a substance naturally occurring in the intercellular cement, strengthens the skin barrier, moisturizes and smoothes wrinkles around the eyes.
